The only person in the world, that could handle her, was her father, Jack.
But you see, when Rita was eight and her dad started to fall ill, his friend, Graham, made a promise to Jack.
Graham Sugg promised, that if anything were to happen to Jack, he would take on the responsibility of Rita.
