A collection of vignettes (short stories) all stemming from dark thoughts and personal experiences. Including everything from childhood memories to loss to psychosis, depression, and more.
The writing style is very heavily influenced by poetry. Each story is very descriptive, fully immersing you into a dreamy world. Each story almost sounds like a long, drawn out poem, mixing reality with the mind's fantasy.
Slowly, as the story progresses, the stories become darker and more sad. They show the reader what it feels like to spiral from a normal, happy life into a life of depression and self-hatred.
Major trigger warning for suicide, self harm, depression, etc.
