An Introduction to PRINCE2® Certification Project Plan

The PRINCE2 Certification plan depicts how a particular objective or set of targets will be achieved by whom and how. To affirm that the objectives are reachable, an arrangement should give sufficient data and detail. Project plans should constantly be kept in sync with the Business Case since they are the foundation of the administration data arrangement of any venture. Each plan requires the endorsement and responsibility of the proper administration level.
