But they are still love stories, aren't they? It doesn't matter if the love is one-sided. It doesn't matter if the end isn't happy. It doesn't matter if it is kept hidden. It doesn't matter if people forget about it. Some love stories are timeless. They may be forgotten by people, but not by the heart.

This is the story of how a young girl falls in love with James Fleamont Potter and writes letters to him, expressing her feelings through ink that she could not convey with words. 

Letters were written, but they were never sent.
