The chain reaction starts the day Audrey Summers discovers that one of her best friends has been harming herself. Audrey wants to learn how to help, she really does. Not long after Emily dies in a tragic accident. Then Audrey starts to receive disturbing messages. Emily comes through from the other side to protect her. Emily forgives her for not being there, but Audrey doesn't forgive herself. She starts to learn the truth about others, herself, but most importantly, the truth about life.
