Tatum Adams is the nice girl everyone goes to with literally everything. The teachers love her and so do the guys... and girls. She's one of the most beautiful girls at school which means she has everyone chasing her heart. Except for one person, the new girl, Billie O'Connell. She's the bad girl, always got into fights at her old school which is exactly why her parents moved to a smaller town in California.

Tatum is assigned to show her around school but she quickly finds out that Billie isn't the one to mess with. But at the same time, she finds Billie interesting and intriguing. So she tries over and over again to talk to her, but Billie always brushes her off.

After a while, and a project for Art, they start getting closer to one another. Tatum finds herself falling for the blue haired loner. Does Billie feel the same? Or is she just going to break Tatums heart like she has many other girls?
