When she tells her best friend what she had received that morning and her friends start mysteriously disappearing that's when she takes matters into her own hands. With a run into her old ex and abusive boyfriend things take a turn to her thinking he's the one behind the smiley character. Will Jenna make it out alive or will she and her friends be lost forever?....

A note is lifted behind to reveal a chilling ghostface was back, and this time, the masked killer had set his sights on Riley and her circle of friends. And Riley is their main target.
