Izuku Midoriya thought he left his middle school years behind him, and got into his dream college for cosmetology (hair makeup nails and sometimes tattoos and peircings). His dreams are crushed however, when he can't find a job anywhere but a small tattoo parlor in Tokyo.
Katsuki Bakugo has not turned out the way he had hoped. All of his bullying caught up to him, causing him to get kicked out of several high schools and preventing him from getting into any college. He goes on a rampage and starts stealing, drinking, and many other things. He decides that his look should match his new personality, and goes to a small tattoo parlor in Tokyo, where he runs in to the only available tattoo artist. A certain broccoli head.
