Governments throughout the world have collapsed and merged into one governmental entity. War broke out, which lead to a massive nuclear explosion that annihilated half of the earth's human population, including an unknown deadly virus. In order for people to survive, they fled underground, leaving behind an abundance of advanced technology and robots that they had created. As years passed, human survivors finally re-emerged from living underground to discover another world of a robotic society, which they called themselves, Mega. There is an Army of 100 million robotic soldiers being led by an evil tyrant called, General Grant trying to extinguish the human race. The last remaining human survivors started independent nations and built underground tunnels expanding underwater, linking other underground nations for support. Humans and the robotic army are continually at war with one another for dominance of the earth. Zane Cooper, who is a unique individual with an odd appearance that has the ability to control electricity. He could be the only last hope for saving humanity from the hands of the Mega Forces.
