Takemichi finds himself in an unknown location after going in the past.He knew his past self was an idiot and easy to manipulate and he would frequently end up going back in rather strange places but this was different..
"Stitches"expresses the immense pain and hurt Takemichi had experienced because of his past self.He does not know if he will make it out alive but he does know he will be needing stitches.
