When the apocalypse happen on Earth, not only humans started to get abilites but they also have second gender. Basically, omegaverse in desvastating world. Kim Rok Soo is an Omega and was mated with two Alphas, Lee Soo Hyuk and Choi Jung Soo. Because of some miscalculation in their intersaction, Kim Rok Soo got pregnant. And Cale incarnated as their child.
