Naruto has always been hated and ignored by the villagers. The Third Hokage knows the boy doesn't have a family and never had friend, at least that's what he thought. He doesn't know about the young ghost that Naruto talks to. His INVISIBLE friend.

When he sends the former ANBU into the jounin sensei program, Kakashi starts to wonder about Naruto's weird behavior. Talking to himself, 'Thinking out loud', Looking at empty space. It's making everyone wonder. What is going on in Naruto Uzumaki's mind?
