I've always enjoyed writing haikus. They're like a puzzle and a poem rolled up in one. Which words should I chose to convey my meaning while at the same time having the right amount of syllables? 

I tend to write haikus, and poetry in general, more often when I am traveling so many of the pieces in this collection reflect that.

These poems are just some of the little pieces that make up my life. Whenever I get inspired by someone or something, I write a little story about it in the form of a poem. In a way, it helps me express what I have in my mind in a very vague way. I'm not that kind of a direct person, but there are things that are sometimes, better to kept secret. Plus - Add Music to Emotion di prettylittlemind13

This is a concept I came up with one night when I was driving home and listening to Ed Sheeran's album Plus. I thought about how it would be cool to use one or two lines from a song that he wrote in a letter to a person that I wrote. As soon as I got home, I sat down with my laptop and started writing the first two letters. I picked one line that I liked from each song and wrote a letter based on the emotion of that line, not necessarily on the topic of the whole song. Some of the letters are autobiographical, some are pure fiction. I'm almost done with the album and I'm currently thinking about doing the same thing with Multiply. I really hope you enjoy reading these :)
