Earth and the galaxy stand on the brink of a war on a scale it has never witnessed before. The Sirens returned after the First Siren War to exact vengeance on mankind, nearly pushing it to extinction and tearing multiple realities that disturbed the galaxy's balance.
Amid the never-ending conflict and impending doom, the keys that could unite fractured factions were born: ARC-77, known as Fordo, and a Super Tactical Droid named Ironhide, along with various clone and droid units summoned by the Omniversal Cube will unite, and lead Earth's resistance and the galaxy to stop the Sirens and the Neuroi.
Together with the Azur Lane ship girls, all students from multiple Sensha-dō schools throughout the Earth who want to save their schools and survive the invasion and various factions across the galaxy, Many will rise to become living legends while others will meet untimely and tragic death as the destiny of mankind and the cosmos rests on their shoulders.

With the remains of Azur Lane taking on the Sirens with their own technology, while the other side known as Crimson Axis, believed that they can take on the Sirens with borrowed technology from their enemies, the Sirens, to use it against them. However, there was a slight error forming within the very material that made them into here, the Mental Cubes. And that would soon be evident regarding the appearances of Ship-Boys, the opposites of Ship-Girls due to that error.
