Someone wants the king of Kinoko dead. And they have enough money and influence to hire an infamous group of assassins to do their work for them.

George finds the life of a monarch boring and repetitive, at least, until the night of his presumed assassination. He finds that the thrill of being hunted is the most exciting thing that has happened to him in his lifetime. When his killer falls head over heels and warns him of the threats soon to come, what else can he do other than welcome the danger with open arms?
