But when he suspiciously wakes up to be on Earth afterwards, the place he once treasured from his books, he learns it's very different than it seems. That is, until he meets Willa.
Schaffel and Willa together uncover the evil forces threatening Earth and Human existence, along with ugly truths and secrets they never knew.
