In the kingdom Oblitus the kingdom no one attacks for its too powerful to destroy, Prince Riley (16 years old) and his little sister Princess Leigh (pronounced Leia) (10 years old) are on their way of finding the reason why every 10 years for a week their people in the kingdom act odd, as if they are terrified.  
After a break in, to a stranger in Riley's littler sisters, Leighs, room. Riley, his friends (Michael, Samuel, and Karson), along with Leigh find out that their kingdom is not what it seems and is out to find out the truth. When their Trainer Phil finds out he insists that he go with them for their safety.  Into the forest of no return. They find more "friends" near the entrance who lead them deeper into the forest to help them find clues. Until they soon find out there is a trader among them.
When they run onto a hut in the deep part of the forest, one of them gets taken by the man behind the screens other known as the Man in control. The group has to fight the man behind the screens puppets to get their friend back. Only to find out their friend is being controlled and can't control their movements, and is forced to fight until the death.  but soon figures out they can pass on the controlled meaning they can be set free by passing their "controlled" to someone else, and ends up passing it on to person after person. 
Riley isn't sure they are going to make it out all alive or in one piece.
