The party of the year for Maddie Vettin is her aunt's wedding in 1 month, which is basically the most nerdy thing ever, better than any comic con. But with her judgmental parents on one end and the worst and hottest kid in school asking her out, she has a lot to suffer to get there. Izzie Chang has enough problems on his hands. Moving to a new town, dealing with a new school of jerks, and having to set up his dads' bookstore are at the top of that list. Followed by working on his fanfics, his pride and joy. Oh, but he's having a severe case of writers' block. Neither have time for fakers or popular kids with bookmarks up their butts. Neither has time for a relationship.
