After the death of her younger sister Celine, Catherine Ramones gets the chance to save her by undoing a cruel incident that occurred in the past. Through the magical antique pocket watch gifted by their Lola to her on her 18th birthday, Catherine goes back to the year 1878, wherein she becomes her great, great grandmother, Luciana Bonifacio. To save Celine, she must first save Veronica, Luciana's younger sister from a tragic event that causes every second child in their future generations to die.
