There are four zone in Arizona:
ZONE F: IGNIS- the highest district, where people possess different elemental abilities of Fire. They have the ability of Pyrokinesis, Atmokinesis, Geo-Thermokinesis, and other fire abilities that were exclusively innate just for them.
ZONE A: AERIS- the second district, people possess the elemental abilities of air. They have the ability of Aerokinesis, Aeroportation, Air Mimicry, and more air abilities that the District X were capable of.
ZONE W: AQUA- the third district who possess the elemental abilities of Water. They have the ability of Hydrokinesis, Aquatic Adaptation, Aquatic Respiration, and water abilities they nourished inside their walls.
ZONE E: TERRA- the lowest district of Arizona. The people can able to possess the elemental abilities of the Earth. They have the ability of Geokinesis, Atmokinesis, Koniokinesis, and other earth capabilities that they choose to seal from the outsiders.
Vida Abaddon, a girl living in Zone E: Terra together with her family, went to Lenoir Academy to enhance her ability as one of the possessor of Earth. Her tragic memories started to unveil when the organization of the Elite Students provoke her inner self.
