After a year and a half of radio silence, the hero Omamori has come back, and just in time. In one night, all over Japan, 90% of all the prisoners were let go, and quickly the country has fallen into chaos. A shelter in place warning given to residents and Heroes have to start working overtime to put these criminals back into the prisons they belong in.

However the villain's were winning, and as more and more people succumbed to crime, hate in the government grew more and more by the day, ushering in a new society overrun by gangs and mob bosses. Those at the top sit safely upon their piles of money, growing hated more and more.

This gut wrenching romance - horror fanfiction is a must read for anyone who loves the Yandere trope and slow burn romances with a nice splash of slice-of-life.
