"Restoring Balance to the World!" (MHA x ATLA)

Izuku Midoriya finds himself Quirkless in a quirked world. Unknown to everyone alive on the planet, there used to be a power that society depended on over 500 years ago. There was even a specially chosen person, who was in charge of bringing peace and balance to the world back then. But after peace was achieved, those without power we're envious of those with. But as technology advanced, and the elements were easier to control without power. The use of this power, known as "Bending" the elements, was no longer needed. The chosen person decided that it was best to remove the ability to "Bend", as well as anything that could cause future problems for the new society. After 150 years, bending was completely forgotten and destroyed. Capitals, lands, formed a new. But, what if Izuku was chosen to be the next "One." What if Izuku could bend the Elements, what if he was going to be the next Avatar. In this futuristic, different, and quirk-controlled world, could the new Avatar bring peace and balance to the world.
