She was just trying to have a real life. A life where there were no summons, no war, no death... just... peace. A life she'd found in a tiny town under the shadow of a great mountain, with a man and 3 children that she loved enough to give up her immortality for. A life that is threatened when a summons comes from someone she cannot refuse and throws her into the middle of a story she never wanted to be a part of.

ANNOUNCEMENT: I discovered that a rather large portion of chapter 2 was missing. I did re-add it but I will now be going over the story again to double check all the chapters. I will also be finishing up the story and apologize for taking so long to do so.

**Some parts of the story are taken from the movie and others are from the books. I had to change the story line a bit so it made sense. This is mainly a BardxOC story.**

*Words in Italics are spoken in Elvish. Some chapters will have the reminder but not all.*

"The world was young, the mountains green, No stain yet on the Moon was seen, No words were laid on stream or stone When Durin woke and walked alone. He named the nameless hills and dells; He drank from yet untasted wells; He stooped and looked in Mirrormere, And saw a crown of stars appear." You could say Endor Baggins's life was the complete opposite of her uncle Bilbo's. Having grown up as the proper hobbit, with no "trouble in an adventurous spirit," she was highly praised by strangers and hobbits alike. That is, until her father and mother died in a tragic incident. The Shirefolk would forever blame shock for Endor's dramatic change, although she remembers the shift as the revelation of her true character. Indeed, whereas Bilbo transformed from adventurous to reserved, Endor moved from conservative to travel-frenzied. And her little brother of three years, Frodo, had no tether on her actions. After all, Bilbo was there to look after her sibling as she travelled the West for months at a time. With this change in spirit, it came as no surprise when she demanded to accompany her uncle in his visit to Erebor, thirty-three years after his departure from the Company. After all, it had been Bilbo whom she idolized: her courageous uncle who reclaimed a mountain from a dragon with a rogue band of dwarves. This was a simple visit to a distant land, yet the journey made a second hobbit into legend. And thus, her story begins when she took her first true step, from the Shire to the Lonely Mountain, hobbits to dwarves, past to future, and loneliness to love. I don't own the media I post, as they belong to their respective owners. I do not own the cover picture; it belongs to its respective owner(s). Completed! "A tale as old as time, Beauty and the Beast~" Rain's family have been taken from her. She snuck into Mordor to find them but in a twisted turn of events, she ends up befriending an Uruk-hai captain with an identity crisis. In return for her help, the Orc promises to spare the girl's life. Soon they meet an old war veteran who can help them get to their destination. Everything seems to be going wrong, betrayal, sickness, injuries... Will these three friends be able to push through the punches life in Middle Earth throws at them? Or will they end up falling apart? And what happens when the Orc, Bogwater, finds himself falling for Rain? *Title has been updated to be more self-explanatory. However, nothing in the story has changed. -DISCLAIMERS: NEW READERS READ BEFORE CONTINUING- •Scenes of Violence, Action, and some Language. • I do not own Middle Earth or the characters specifically created by Tolkien, all I own is Rain, Bogwater, Havish, and the plot to this story. •This story has many twists and turns, please don't freak out on me if something you don't particularly like happens. •This has absolutely NOTHING to do with the Lord of the Rings/Hobbit plot. This is an all original plot using my own characters that just happen to run into Gollum, Gandalf, and some others, including Elrond. This is DOES not tie into the novels/films in anyway. • I do not own any of the songs or pictures used to give depth to the story. • A story about self-acceptance and friendship.
Ravonna The White by RavonnasRebellion

The time has come. Erebor still lies within the Lonely Mountain, and Smaug has not been sighted for years. The regal line of Durin must reclaim their homeland once more. But, when Gandalf the Grey tasks Ravonna the White, the greatest sorceress of Middle Earth, to join the Company, she faces many great obstacles that she never wished to encounter again. Finding love with Thorin Oakenshield was never her plan, but that was not the only surprise her fate had in store. Darkness had once again found a way to creep into and to corrupt her heart, but will Ravonna be able to banish it? Will she be successful in saving the line of Durin- or will she fail? This is a Fanfiction following the adventures of Thorin Oakenshield in J.R.R. Tolkien's novel, the Hobbit. DISCLAIMERS: 1. I do not own any of the characters besides from Ravonna. Aside from the main storyline, any other scenes or events are my own. All other rights go to J. R. R. Tolkien and Peter Jackson for the original works, the movies and novel of the Hobbit. I also do not own this image, credits go to it's rightful owner. 2. There are TONS of mistakes and plot errors in this book. PLEASE keep in mind that I started and finished this when I was only ELEVEN YEARS OLD. Because this was the first thing I ever wrote, know that this is not a representation of my best work (if you do want to another Thorin fanfic from me, check out Rue, now online). I don't mind criticism, but please be patient and enjoy the story for the substance, not necessarily the accuracy :) Sending much love to all of my fellow Tolkienites and thank you for all of your support so far! I hope you enjoy this story!

An Unexpected Member

32 parts Complete

You've heard the story of the 13 Dwarfs, the wizard and the Hobbit right? Well they left out one thing, the Unexpected Member of the Company. I was there for it all, from the Shire to Rivendale to Mirkwood and then The Lonely Mountain. You see I am 1/4 Elf, 1/4 man, 1/4 wizard and 1/4 Dwarf so I am tall for a dwarf but not tall enough for an elf/man/wizard. But the elven/wizard side gave me powers that nobody else had, nobody knew who my parents were other then my mother was 1/2 elf and 1/2 man and my father was 1/2 wizard and 1/2 dwarf. Gandalf and Lady Galadriel sent me to "Earth" after Smaug took over Erebor when I was nothing but a little baby girl. 40 yrs later here I am still looking like I am in my 20's with a very bad attitude and wanting NOTHING but to get away from my stupid foster home.......this is MY story on what happened and how I got bad to Middle Earth, trained with Gandalf and Lady Galadriel till it was time to take back the mountain. I DON'T OWN ANY OF THE HOBBIT CHARACTERS. I only own my own character. Thank-you and enjoy reading!! PLEASE any feedback is appreciated :)
