One of the great lyricists of our time wrote that "each step you climb is one more step up the ladder", but they forgot to mention that sometimes just when you get to the top of that ladder, your neighbor Vern kicks you down.
Ernest P. Worrell dreams of becoming a gym leader, but he has a ways to go before he can qualify. But through a series of circumstances, he finally gets his chance to go on his own pokémon journey. Does he have what it takes to be the very best?
