Rohan Kishibe has been in a slump after the events of Kira Yoshikage: his house had burnt down and he was running out of ideas for his potential future manga. That is until he got into an argument with his so-called friends... After they claimed he had no idea about romance, Rohan retorts he will make a romance manga to prove that he does. The only issue is: he really doesn't know the first thing when it comes to dating and love. Right after he makes his claim, he comes across a woman who stands out from all the women in Morioh: Adrianne. Determined to use her as his muse, he now has the motivation to start his new story...but many problems arise as he start gathering ideas.

At first it all seems easy, maybe some property damage here and there, but this is soon proven to be quite the difficult task. Unlike stand users in the past, they all had connections to other people like DIO, but this one fights completely alone. Leaving no loose ends to find him or her. ~~~ Third book of Ts-Tsun Dere(Rewritten) after the second Falling Cherry Blossoms, but it could(not really lol) be read after the original Ts-Tsun Dere and Ya-Yan Dere(Discontinued).
