As one of the 3rd world countries as it is the Philippine Republic rises to power with the joint hand of people that woke up
to the truth of "if nothing changes the nation stays the same".
so the congress and all sectors of the government including the senate pass orders and laws one after another that changed the flow of economy and strategist that have been used by talented individuals.
the law may be put in place but it takes time to see the result as the end of the century's role in the Philippines slowly rose to power as it became more self reliant on energy and food production as the dispute in territory became obsolete as space exploration and asteroid mining became the norm of the modern world.

Now then. You're probably wondering what this place is? To answer that, we must go to the past. 4.5 billion years in the future from our current time, Earth's sun began to expand from burning up all its fuel. Humanity, having managed to get their act together and advance space travel, avoided their extinction and evacuated the planet, feeling their solar system out unto the stars. Many years passed by in stasis and in future generations. Eventually, humanity found themselves a new home. But alas, nothing worth having is easy to keep. Extradimensional entities known as Developers, named as such due to them being the closest biological thing you could get to a genuine god, appeared in humanity's new home. With their metaphysical, reality warping abilities, they changed the world over. Combining the new planet with 3 others in such a manner that multiple dimensions and timeliness were rolled into one like a bunch of star bursts that were pressed and twisted together before being shaped into a ball. Thus, it resulted in the reality bending world named Asteria! Strap in ladies and gentlemen, this is gonna get crazy. (Author's note: There are many references to other, more familiar games, movies, books, and others. This includes character names and back stories, weapons, character abilities, and even in universe power system mechanics that resemble or are inspired by other media.
