Eliza hasn't spoken to Peggy in years--not since she stole Maria from her. Angelica is busy with her law career in NYC. Alex was just dumped by his boyfriend. Hercules and Lafayette are desperate to get away from their kids for even just a couple of hours. John Laurens was cut off by his dad and needs money, so he rents out his mother's family's house for the summer.
When Angelica plans a reunion (ft. all of their friends), they all head down to South Carolina for the summer of their lives.
Then Alex chokes on his waffles at breakfast. So the blue-eyed second-year med student/owner of the shared vacation home they found on Craigslist John flings himself over the table to give him the Heimlich Maneuver--except he didn't expect him to be this hot.

Being insecure about yourself is normal, but she's not insecure after everything that has happened. Maria didn't know what not being talked about all the time was until she met everyone. She stopped being called a sl*t and she didn't have to deal that much with James R. That much. Lafayette and Hercules knew each other since the very start.
