Ever dreamt of meeting a favorite character from a story? I know I have. Guess what? It happened to me. The downside? My soul ended up in the woman he hates the most. Isn't that just great? I meet my book crush and now I'm trapped in the body of the most hated woman of his story. What's the first thing I do? I make an oath and use his symbol to not only prevent me or Artemis from ever hurting him again. The other part is if we do, we will feel that pain. It won't matter if it's emotional or physical, I will feel it tenfold. If Artemis ever comes back, so will she. The second thing? I begin the process of fixing Artemis's wrongdoings. In the end, when I finish her last wrong-doing. I will become stone, or will I? Read to find out.

Hunter

He reached for my hand, and I stood before he could touch me. I pulled my backpack on my shoulder and made to leave, but he grasped me and pulled me back. "Stop running from me." His hands were on my face, his thumbs running over my cheeks. I looked up into his grey eyes, those grey eyes that I loved so much. His breathing was steady as he tucked a strand of hair behind my ear. He was so close that I could smell his deodorant. His hands trailed down my neck, over my shoulders and found their way to my own. Our fingers intertwined as he pulled me closer to him. We were barely an inch apart, and my heart was thudding wildly in my chest I feared that he would hear it. "Stop running, Hayley." His hands made their way back to my face, and they were soon buried in my hair. I shut my eyes and reveled in the feeling, leaning ever so slightly into his arms. "I can't," I whispered. I couldn't. - - - - - Hayley Hunter, a young and powerful Hybrid, has finally learned about her true nature.
