He Lives Upstairs

Catherina Marquez is an Arts college student in her 3rd year. She's been living alone in an apartment since her family lives abroad. In her college, every school year all blocks are shuffled, that means same batchmates but new blockmates. Thankfully because she has been hiding from her ex-crush and ex-blockmate Lucas Gomez who rejected her confession when they were in 1st year. Now, she has a promise to herself; to never confess first, and never have a crush anymore in college. Yes, to not like a guy. Is that even possible for that when she encounters Markus Jung?

She is not aware that in her 3rd year, she will be blockmates with her upstairs-neighbor, Markus---or Mark, the guy who is well-known for his amazing art skills, and of course, his knowledge and looks. He's full Korean but have been living in the Philippines. Both of them barely see each other in their apartment during their first and second year in college because of their different schedules. But what will happen to them if they are now blockmates with the same schedule and the same apartment building?

Will their keys be compatible? And What if their pasts came back? Is there a chance for them to be together?
