The Original vampires, Neveah Mikaelson and her twin brother, Niklaus Mikaelson spent centuries trying to break a curse that blocks their werewolf side. After over 500 years they discover another living human Petrova Doppelgänger, an important ingredient needed to complete the ritual that breaks the curse. The two find themselves in Mystic falls, Virginia where Neveah's life unfolds. Neveah is completely devoted to her family, especially her twin, she'd do literally anything for him. For the first time ever in 1,000 years someone is able to influence how she felt about her devotion to family. It has her conflicted.
