Enola, now old and withering, sits in front of the Grandfather clock, a family heirloom left for her from her father, who died in battle along with her other family members. She starts weeping out loud, still unable to move on from the past...will she be able to move on?
This is paid homage to all and everyone who died in battle field. Rest in Peace War Heroes!

He stopped in his tracks. Something was approaching. He pressed himself against the Kakariko cliffs nearest the graveside, not moving until long after the steps were gone. A holy light shone from within the graveyard, and a young woman laid sobbing in its stones. When his eyes met her, he could have sworn she'd taken his life for her littlest. ~~ He stood on the edge, glancing towards the castle his father had once been honored at. He looked just like him. Reasons
Cursed as much as blessed with empathy, Ava Monroe can't help herself when someone needs help, physically or mentally. Her escape from the horrors of people's minds is painting, but painting is exactly what leads her to Max. To be fair, she doesn't know who Max is when she meets him. She is drawn to his tortured soul, like a moth to a flame, and it just might be her undoing. However, Max isn't as willing as her brother was to get help with his PTSS, and his missing leg is a physical reminder to him of the horror in his mind and memory. He is ready to call it quits, but finds someone won't let him, someone who is willing to help him fight his battles. Ava doesn't care how dark and ugly it can get, and she is too stubborn to give up.
