Shiggy was in his room when his brother came into his room with expensive clothing. After talking about Deku's sugar daddy. Shiggy wanted to try it and Deku helped him make an account on the sugar daddy app. Once he made it he just had to wait to see who would respond to it.

Overhaul was sitting in his chair wishing he had a reason to spend his money. He ended making an account to find a sugar baby and thats when he found Shiggy's account. They started to message with each other and started to date.
