This is the tale of a young peasant girl, orphaned --- due to her parents both passing by the time she was eight years old, she then had to live on her own and try to just survive as best she could with hopes of things getting better one day.

She found herself raising herself, working many different odd jobs for food or clothes or other supplies from the townsfolk --- rarely for actual coins, for the middle to upper class families of the large town she always had called home were not as giving with their actual money but would definitely give hand me downs.

That was until the faithful day that she had met Madvrick, the man who suddenly came in and completely changed her whole life --- with the chance of a lifetime.

He, being a wealthy nobleman, decided to hire her to befriend his (odd hermit) son --- who usually stayed within his layer in their 4 story brick house, or at most ventured outside on the property they had owned, the fenced in property.

Yet, upon bringing her home he introduced her to his wife, which is when he finally heard her very sad life story --- he decided then and there that he needed to do her one better and gave her a room (within his mansion) with the only task and that is to still of befriending his son, while getting a chance to be educated properly and being given a chance at a better future.

Upon meeting the son she was memorized, as well as he was with her, they almost instantly became friends and over time she managed to get him out of his comfort zone so her could actually try new things and go places.

As she reaches the age of 18 years of, her life had truly changed forever as well as for the best... And, she always said her father was right, she was meant for more than being a peasant.

She literally was stunned the way things unfolded with the young man she was supposed to befriend...
