"I don't 𝒘𝒂𝒏𝒕 you maya ٫ I 𝑵𝑬𝑬𝑫 you". I could feel the frustration in his voice , how could he want me? Without the bond we would be nothing. He would of never loved me. --- Lies. That's all maya knew as her version of life was ripped from her. She wasn't pure to begin with , she was one of them. Cursed blooded. Children of makye, father of curses. She was never going to return to what she knew. She would have to face the consequences of her father's actions. Face the lies that her family was built on. Pushing her to the brink of insanity, were two words. "𝑫𝒐 𝒊𝒕". How can you tell the difference between a lie and truth. Would she figure it out before it's too late. Before she would be destined to solitude. As everyone laid dead at her feet.

They broke her trust. They broke his mind. Now the past is back-and this time, it wants blood. Victoria learned early how to survive in silence. Grief became her shadow. Guilt, her constant companion. Because if she had died that night instead of her mother... maybe everything would have been different. But the past doesn't stay buried, and when it drags her back into a world she barely escaped, silence won't save her anymore. Xavier learned how to disappear behind scars, rage, and the monster his past made him. A man shaped by violence, and driven by retribution. Victoria was everything he should avoid- soft yet unyielding, broken but still standing. She had the kind of pain that mirrored his own. She saw too much, pushed too far and worst of all, she made him remember something he buried a long time ago. He hated it. Hated her. Because she made him feel. What exists between them isn't gentle. It isn't safe or healing. It destroys. And when the truth comes for them both, they'll have to decide: Run. Burn. Or destroy everything in their path.
