La Fortuna dei Gemelli

Clarissa Louise 'Lou' Fortuna is one of the heirs of the mafia organization La Fortuna Famiglia. The family was supposed to be handled by his twin brother Constancio Luis Fortuna VII, but then he was abducted when they were 7 years old. In search of the heir, their parents died mysteriously. As the only heir of the family, she was sent to her grandmother in the Philippines, where she was named Clarisse Dela Cruz for her safety.

On the first day of her junior year in college, the new students came in, and her connection to her brother became active. She identified Constantine Seven Del Carpio as his twin brother via a 'hunch'. Seven knows that Clarisse is his twin sister, but he can't just tell her, as he is the heir of the Del Carpio Family - one of the notorious mafia organizations in Italy.

Will Lou be able to free her brother from his chains?
Will Seven save himself and his twin sister?
