Will has been aspiring to become a mental health caretaker ever since his older brother Jonathan had taken his life when Will was 15. 4 years later, with 3 years of studies under his belt, he was finally offered to become a student care taker in the young adults department. Being just a trainee, he would only be assigned to one person that person being 20 year old Mike Wheeler. Mike had been in the hospital for 6 months, and he made everyone there miserable. He was in fact planning to do the same thing to Will and make him quit out of rage.. Will Byers is not one to give up.
