Everything said to Izuku Midoriya rang in his ears as he stood on the edge of the tall school building. He looked down at the grey concrete of the sidewalk and took a step forward. His toes hung over the edge as the door to the roof opened. "What the fuck are you doing up here, you shitty nerd?"
Izuku Midoriya struggled with depression and had finally given up. He took Katsuki Bakugo's advice. But instead of moving on, Bakugo clung to the memory of his childhood friend and Izuku couldn't move on either. Without anyone able to see him, Izuku watches over Bakugo's own struggles with depression and guilt of the incident at the end of middle school.
