This is a book of Rescue Bots headcanons and, maybe, oneshots. I don't even know if I'm going to actually publish this, but, eh, whatever. At the point I'm beginning to write this, I've only made it to the end of season one. So, no other characters but the main four bots and the humans. I might do Optimus and Bee. The tension between Heatwave and Quickshadow thickens when a few pent-up feelings are brought to light, and they quickly begin to realize that they need to set aside their differences (and maybe their emotions) in order to keep the team together as major problems begin to surface. Adopting a helpless, abandoned sparkling doesn't seem so complicated at first, but this one happens to have a dangerous secret, one none of them know. And when that secret casts over the team in a dark shadow with questionable motives and a mysterious links to her past, Quickshadow has to make one of the most difficult choices in her functioning: give up her one chance to save someone she thought she'd lost, or risk everything to protect her new-found family.
