(my AU:Mirabel isn't 15 like in the movie but is 17,pls understand this is for the sanity of this book,bc if i shipped mirabel as her OG age with the other character it's a AdultxKid ship and i don't like those ships cuz tbh who does?so she will be 18 during this book) What if Mirabel was dating someone that was not in the encanto that no one in the encanto not even DOLORES knows about,What if she ran away with him to japan to be happy,and what if the guy she was dating was a demon slayer?Would the Madrigals accept him into the family or not for taking Mirabel away from them?How will they react when they find out she isn't only dating a guy but 2 other ppl as well?

Mirabel saw the cracks on that fateful night Antonio got his gift but this time she kept it to herself. She knew how important that candle and its miracle was to her family but she also knew how much they depended on it. She was not about to let the candle flicker out but if it did she would be the one to protect her family. Will her family realize they have pushed away Mirabel in time it will they lose her forever? This is a shorter story and the chapters are shorter than most of my other books. I may rewatch encanto at some point and edit this story to be longer but idk.
