A recent string of the serial kidnappings and murders of young women plague the city of New York. Each body being dramatically posed into sickly scenes like mannequins. The killer leaves a red rose at the scene of each of his "displays", leading to the public calling him the Red Rose Reaper.
The primary detective on the case led an organized and serious life before being introduced to her new partner for the case. Azra Stone slowly loosens up thanks to her new partner, Silas' laid-back nature.
Every step forward seemingly results in two steps back. Just as they begin to get close to finding their first and only clue left behind, Azra'slife crumbles apart in front of her.
