In an alternate universe, where there are no Avengers and secret organisations hide the existence of the supernatural from the rest of humanity, a secret agent who has only just discovered her magic powers finds herself entangled in the affairs of the Norse Pantheon.
Loki, god of Mischief has been banished from Asgard for centuries. Embittered and lonely, he is finally close to fulfilling a destiny he never wanted.
Together, they face the end of the world. Despite the odds, will there be a future for them together?
This is a the finished first part of a multipart fanfic. While it is a crossover between Marvel and the MMORPG The Secret World, no knowledge of the game is required. This is an alternate universe for both franchises.
Sometimes funny, sometimes sad, this fic will tell an epic tale of love and hate, trust and betrayal, friendship, family, destiny and finding your own place in the world.
This is a slow burn that sets the origin story for the main character and the world she lives in first. Loki will appear a few chapters in.
