Celestria Emery Lopez is a spy-agent, who solves crime cases and eliminates criminals. Her dark past, a secret she keeps buried deep, is the source of her merciless and apathetic nature. Her actions are a result of years of keeping everyone at a distance. She belongs to a secret society called Oasis PSYS, an organization operating under the head of state of their country. In Oasis PSYS, members are judge, jury, and executioner, taking justice into their own hands and wielding the power over life and death.
