As-Salaam Aleykum WaramotuLlah Wabarakathu.
Iman is an individual struggle. It does not matter if you're a child of an Imam, it does not matter if one's father is a tyrant, Iman is a struggle on it on own. Every human sometimes struggle with Iman within himself.
It is normal to suffer from low Iman at times, it's normal for one's Iman to weaken at times however, it is not normal to just sit and let your Iman slip from you, it is not normal not to detest that your Iman is decreasing.
I write this book to help myself and others out there to regain and increase our Iman. May Allaah make it beneficial.

It Started with a Hijabi's Diary
"And they plot and plan, and ALLAH plans and ALLAH is the best of planners" (Al-Quran) "Can you tell me to whom this diary belongs?" The person gave me a bored look and I took a long breath to ease the ache in my lungs. I don't think I've ever ran this much in my life. I gave him a pleading look. "Please?! It's really important!". The person looked at me with a face void of any emotions. "Please!!" I don't think I've ever used this word for anyone except my family. I just ordered and it happened. But it didn't seem to be happening right now. I took a last glance at the person giving him a desperate look, then ran to other people. One clue, Just one!! Alteast a little hint!! I kneeled down on the road, not caring about anything and pleaded to Allah Almighty, keeping the diary close to me as it's the most precious thing in the world, the beads present in its cover poking my chest, "Please Allah! I'm sorry for all the sins I've ever done in my life. Surely, You're the most merciful. Please, find me a way to her. Let me meet her. Oh, Allah! Only You know if I don't go to her, what will happen. Please help me." I looked at the diary, its beads shining in the sunlight, and still keeping it close to my chest, I sat at the pavement looking defeated but I won't lose hope. I would not lose hope!! Then I heard heavy footsteps and then someone placed a hand on my shoulder and I turned only to feel like all the trucks of the world attacked me at once. It can't happen. DUA [Islamic supplication]
Assalamu alaikum, As we welcome the blessed month of Ramadan, we should remind ourselves of the importance of dua during this holy month. Allah ﷻ says in the Quran: "And when My servants ask you, [O Muhammad], concerning Me - indeed I am near. I respond to the invocation of the supplicant when he calls upon Me. So let them respond to Me [by obedience] and believe in Me that they may be [rightly] guided." (Quran 2:186) This verse is a beautiful reminder that Allah ﷻ is always close to us, and He hears our prayers and supplications. Ramadan is a month of increased blessings and rewards, and it is the perfect time to increase our dua and ask for forgiveness, guidance, and blessings from Allah ﷻ.
