A Chemical from a lab broke loose releasing some weird atoms which reach their way to the hospital holding some newborn.

Those newborns were then later discovered to have gifted abilities. People started to use their power for good and evil they were then split into heroes and villains.
 
Schools were later made to train these young heroes. Heroes and Villains never got along clearly since they were always fighting each other. Maybe they could if only there was a way...All Rights Reserved
