Royal Strength (Knuckles x Princess!Reader)

There is a story about a legend that a Princess was once rude and cruel to all of her subjects and treated her siblings like they were nothing but tools to get what she wanted, little did the Princess knew, she was getting a visit from her Fairy Godmother who put a spell on her to be a big Emerald. Her Fairy Godmother said to her that in a 200 years of slumber as a big Emerald, she will be set free to roam the Mobian planet to set her authorities straight.

But If she comes back as the same rude Princess from 200 years ago, she will be sent back as an Emerald gem for another 200 years. One might say it's a myth but others say it's true. Knuckles liked the story of the Princess who was turned into a Emerald gem as a punishment for her actions towards others. After he turned 17 on his birthday, he sets out with his friends to see if the legends were true about the Emerald gem that held the Princess (Y/N) inside and soon the adventure begins.

Will the Princess choose to be kind to her new friends or will she be forever trapped as a Gem?

I do not own Knuckles The Echidna, nor the characters from Sonic as they belong to SEGA and the images/pictures don't belong to me as well as they belong to their rightful owners. The only thing I own is this story, the reader aka (Y/N) and some other characters I will make up as I go.

This is my first Knuckles x Reader story, so don't be rude when I don't do good on this royal stuff.
