After the death of Prince Claude de Alger Obelia, it was discovered that he had two daughters whose names were Jennette and Iana (Athanasia). Since Emperor Anastasius still had no heir, he adopted both.
But despite both being the emperor's daughters Jennette and Iana (Athanasia) were treated differently.
