[Hetalia] Third Wheel

(This is gonna be a reader insert.)
When a heart stops working, they say somebody dies. That's normal right? But what if it's a heart break?
I might edge this to be America x Reader. Maybe, if you object I might change my mind.

This is fanfiction, meaning I'm just a fan and the character(s) that I use aren't mine. Every reference I made is simply a reference and not mine to own. They belong to their respective owner(s).
