Natalie Owlette or "clockwork" was previously living with her family . 
Her family hated her and Natalie always suffered from them, what happened after that she was drawing bloody drawings and this is what made her boyfriend leave her. 
Natalie's condition began to deteriorate, and her parents transferred her to a mental hospital, but their experiment failed. The color of her eyes changed from golden to phosphorescent green. 
She started coughing up blood and killed the doctors, returned home, killed her family, and replaced her eye with a watch, but before that, she sewed her mouth in the form of a smile, and this made her parents take her to the hospital.
