There was a rumor concerning the ruined town of Montyonne, a small Tove town located far away from civilization, near the base of the mountain of Mur Blanc. During the war, the Evarian Army raided and fortified the town to secure the mountain pass. After their withdraw, the place was devoid of life.

When the war was over, The government of Tovecia sent men to search for any remaining enemy troops, but none of them came back. Then they sent a larger unit, and only one of them came back, wounded and traumatized.

"Cette ville est hantée," was what the survivor said, meaning, "That village is haunted."
