For 16 year old Isabelle Simmons, life always seemed like it could have been a little better. She's always been a very shy girl, never very outspoken. Being raised in Wolverhampton, she's basically only had one friend her whole life, Liam Payne, who has been there for her throughout everything and anything. Being raised by her aunt and uncle after a fatal car crash that killed her parents when she was a child, she never knew what it was like to have someone truly care about her, until she found Liam. Lines the best this she could've ever asked for, her best friend. But there's one thing getting in the way of all of that, her love for Liam. She's loved him for so long, not knowing if he even felt the same way. When Isabelle gets the chance to go to California, something she's only dreamt of doing for years, she must sacrifice what means the most to her, Liam. While he's chasing his dream of being a singer on The X Factor, and she's away in another country, she must cope with saying goodbye to not only her best friend, but the one she loves for a long while. She must get used to a new country, new roommates, and worst of all, get used to not having Liam by her side.
